how did that happen? if there is just like a sharp burr on them or something file it smooth and then make them even smoother with sand paper...

ya i could. but my bars are already 29 inches wide and they add like another inch lol

my solid roseanne bars are 32" wide and then i had s&m wedge style barends which have the exact same od as the bar (22.2mm) so then i put odessey lock on barends over top of them and they were about 34" wide lol.
