Why did you get races over your wold cups?

i had teams before, (tf converted them) but i wanted a bigger, bulkier fork up front to balance the look of the bike, and i can only afford races :s

the long term plan though is to get them slik graphics decals to match the gt blue and yellow on the swing arm, then get a catridge for them, by avalanche or bos Big Grin

i think the make the bike look pretty sick though, and theyre 200 grams lighter than the fork they replaced. win

You can always save for a Elka Stage 4 cartridge though?

yeah i read the reviews on that, but ive ridden on an avy and a bos and by contrast have no idea how the elka feels really. plus the option of several tunes is a bit intimidating, i'd like the one tune thats more adjustable so i had more chance of getting it right rather than inevitably getting the wrong tune for me

there lighter than teams? awesome, i was also going to get slik graphics and a elka cartridge but theres no point in getting new graphics as my bike is all black and i shall see about the elka Confused

yep, theyre lighter than the 08 teams they replaced, lol id love to try an elka, have only heard good things, just wouldnt but without having tried first y know. these boxxer decals match the gt perfectly, but theyre a bit tatty so i'll change em after xmas. and youre bikes looking pretty sick atm too!

Demo 9 2006, 888, ex 729 wheels on hope, race face evolve dh, e13 lg, sun line v1, juicy 7 + elixir.
The frame was bought from specialized this summer brand new in a box. I happen to know few people there and they found me one in their basement. The bike was build literally this summer. I was planning to hold it for long so cared about every detail. Brand new bushings, and titanium rear axle.
