 yo mate ive got the same frame and i want a spring shock what are the strock length and what shock is it, thanks

 190mm i2i, 2'' stroke, 550lb spring (im around 11.5 stone) and it's a 2008 fox Van R (none of the new models fit). Although it's so much better than the stock monarch and will cruise over pretty much anything, the amount of pedal bob with the coil shock is quite ridiculous so I'm thinking of switching back to air or getting an even firmer spring.

 arr cool cool thanks for the addvise u say u might be going back to air shock, i have a Fox Float RP23 with Rebound Adjustment, Dual Position ProPedal with 3 Position ProPedal Lever Adjustment, still all working realy nice if you were up for it i would do a swap, let me no josh

 Yeah all sorted, new spring in the shock, riding really nicely. You got your bike with you in Whistler or just boarding atm??

 ahahh i didnt say that becouse of that, i was i got neg props and saw your pics and i like the brand, parts, just not the rear suspention
