lol "ring of fire" You must mean red ring of death (RROD) this can be repaired for as cheap as 20 dollars, check kijiji. Might be worth your while to just get it fixed. Don't put in your add that it is fried because it isn't, all the components are perfectly fine, its just the solder has cracked on the GPU/CPU and needs to be reheated to make contact.
