Its a nice rig but not worth the money you are asking. Not being personal or anything but you would be better stripping the bike to achieve as much money as possible. I've test rode 1 of these a while ago and blimey it can certainly move and brings a massive grin to your face.....very much an understated bike. Hope it does sell for you mate though.

you can pick up the 205mm floating discs quite easily, the front 225mm was a ball ache to get hold of though. had to special order it from hope, they only fit on when you use fox 40's with hope mono 6 ti's. they work and look a treat. its not the lightest of bikes but it will stop dead when you want / need it to!

already been offered very near my asking price by 3 people.
the fact is im not even selling it, was just curious what people would offer.
its better spec'd then most new bikes youd se at double this askinng price. ad up every part on this bike new, to save you the time it comes in at well over £4200, usualy id say you divide by 2 for second hand price, but then i took into consideraion the £1400 farks are 3 months old max, the £250 crankset is brand new, the chris king headset at £120 is brand new, the £120 thomson masterpiece post is brand new, the bars, saddle, tyres, stem, pedals, discs, adaters etc etc are all brand new. if im being honest im struggling to find a bike on here of any price thats better spec'd then this, your welcome to suggest some to me though :-)

cheers, these forks are getting sent to mojo for the 2011 upgrade, kashima stantions and inverted, light weight 2011 stanchions. all for a few hundred pound, better than £1400 on new forks!also getting some 1 off gold anodised risse racing crowns and steerer getting sent over from the us for these. need a new e13 chain device and new rear shock.
did yours come that colour? been thinking of getting mine powder coated but dont know what colour!

its amazing to ride, takes anything in its stride. only just finished it 2 days before christmas. find myself more and more at places like whinlatter and llandegla so thinking of building a lighter weight all mountain, trying to get hold of a nice transition blindside to build but not much luck. probably will keep this beast too, was just gauging interest, as i found a rocky mountain slayer ss 427 i want! some people are never happy! haha

cheers, still waiting on a new freehub body for these wheels, seems a bit of a pain in the ass to get hold of, mavic won't sell me one direct and all the dealers claim not to be able to get them! think im going to build some new wheels on chris king hubs, or i might bid on some wheels on ebay with hope pro 2's in team green, look quite nice!

ah, its a pain when you cant get what you want for a bike! especially a fiddly bit like that! look on my profile, i have built the front wheel, and later this month i am building the rear one on a red pro 2. good luck in trying to get your freehubs!
