my bros has a rock shox recon, they go really well with the frame

Aye I was looking at them they're quite nice. I was also looking at the U-turn Pikes as then I'd be able to alter the travel, would be nice to fit some old school 04 Z1 drop offs but dunno how it would feel with 130mm travel constantly

130 makes it feel like crap for anything but dh riding, mine used to be like that, 115mm max travel is what i'd suggest. old z1s are flexy as hell and me and my mate snapped two pairs on our dr jekyls. get a proper all mountain fork, pikes are perfect.

dj forks suck too, get a proper xc/ freerider / all mountainfork with 110mm travel, will always be better

Rights the DJ forks suck! I've got DJ3's on mine and they're so heavy and they only spring when they've got hardly any air in! I don't mind them stiff at the min but I wanna get off road! I would be using the bike mainly for DH riding so I don't mind the Z1's for this reason, though I think it's gonna have to be Pikes for a safer bet, cheers Smile
