Looks good, plenty of parking, reasonably high, fairly empty inside. You planning on using strictly the indoor space? Any of that outdoor wooded property included?

All of it! Indoor and outdoor, the roof it 30' high, and it has 5 garage doors that are 15' high, so in the nicer weather we can open them up and let air in. I like this place and hope it's the one we go with, what to invest? Eh? eh?
