Ok see the conical shaped washers,one is deeper than the other and i think that fits into the side where the qr lever goes,if not you should be able to tell as the little one should sit near enough flush with the outer edge of the axle when you put it in on the other end Both wedge shaped should face each other and the spring i thin kif my memory is correct goes under the conical wedge part and not in between the wedge and clamp itself.
