If this would feel anything like my frantik ( Im pretty sure it would) then I would get it. My frantik feels perfect with the totem.

yeah, this felt great. I'll probably end up with a fox 36 180 in the not so near future though.

The fox's look sick as usual, but the totem turns heads. Everyone who doesnt ride, or guys on the xc bikes, can't believe how beefy it is.

that's true. I don't know though, the totem didn't really jump out at me when i rode it (new ones might be better), felt pretty similar to my 66 other than the higher A-C height. (which was good) I liked it though. I got to briefly test one of the new foxes and it was damn plush. Only time will really tell though.

Ya I want to get some riding time on one of the 180mm series. My tote is by far the plushest fork I have ridden, Its just been rebuilt so that might be why. Either the fox's or totems, this thing is gonna shred.

Last question lol. How is it for brake jack? They have a one piece swingarm right?
  • 1 0
nah, the chain stay is a single piece, then there's a pivot, then the axle and brake are on the seat stay, then it hooks up to the rocker link. From what I can tell the brake jack isn't bad, I didn't really notice any, but then again I've only ridden techy stuff once or twice on it so far.
