 hello there, i have been looking at your 'The Dark' chrome frame for many days, however i dont think il ever be able to afford it with the current finacial diffuculties, and i have come to the conclusion where i may be able to scrape up some money top get my khe zenith frame chromed, however i cannot find any chrome dipping companies anywhere so i was wondering if you could tell me where you got you'r frames chrome dipped and also the cost it would cost me, thanks very much, and hopefully one day il be able to afford to buy my dream frame from you guys, 'the dark' is just amazing Smile

 We get them all done overseas I'm afraid... It's all electrically done though, not 'dipped' like paint. More like an anodising.

 The dropout idea is real smart, and I havent seen it before. Keep the chainstays no longer than 14', ht angle 71 - 72, and tt between 21.5 - 22' with an average bb height and you'll be onto a winner.

 on these frames do you have to have a kisbikeco wheels set or can u use any female hub

 ANy female hub. The best would be a Gsport ratchet or profile. The new BSD works, just be wary of any axle extensions some female hubs have.

 how does the rear dropouts work on this frame how would the chain be tight?

 The Chainstay is measured to work with 25/9 gearing slammed with 36 links/72 half links. It's the measurement that keeps the chain tight. Check this vid : )
