Yes, in my post I say that the best thing that could happen would be someone has a dust cover or a hub but a new wheel entirely is 275 dollars just for rim and spokes.

Why don't you just buy a new wheel or hub instead of trying to buy a complete bike off someone. it would be cheaper.
