 Reishi is a very healthy natural mushroom! You can probably but it as a supplement in Germany Manny. In America they sell it in the health food stores then I came to Japan and its growing on the trees! hahhahah RideOn!

 Its very hard almost like wood and nothing like a mushroom even though it is! They usually grind it into powder for its vitalizing power. I haunt tried it yet but like I said we see it all over the trees here! I should mail you some eh!
