yeah it does, is it a profile defect? also is there any solution to get it to stop sliding

Profile has some messed up CNC machining sometimes. Apparently 1 in 100 hubs or so are fucked.... You coul make some sort of ghetto spacer....

Yeah, then go to a hardware store and maybe see if they can make something for it. Or a LBS. They might have something.

Im going to just ask them for new cones cuz they are easy to pop off and thats the only problem, it was a defect on how wide the cones are.

Maybe use some crank arm washers from say a 21mm crank. Worth a try for a temp solution.

just buy a 20 mill pece of tubing pvc or aloy and cut it
