This isn't worth $2600, not even close. The prices you've got listed for individual parts are all retail, and in the case of the frame, higher than retail (and I read above that its "custom", but that doesn't add $300ish of value to it). Furthermore, complete builds sell for less than the sum of the cost of the parts, otherwise there would be no point in buying a complete.

You're free to try and sell this at a ridiculous price, but there's no way anyone on pinkbike is going to buy a fully rigid 26 inch for that much.

the only difference with your is the seat tube, which it shows on their site is $50 more and the custom color is max $100 more, so at the most that frame is 650, and if you welded it yourself it cost even less

its more work to make because theres no jig for a mixed one, its not just visual custom stuff , breather holes r all super large for weight saving, machined tubes, superlite tubing
