I love riding a hardtail on trails since I got up in skills and in fitness, it's a bike-yoga to me, and more tech it gets, the better. Because you have to be more gentle, more agile.

No... Spec bikes ride pretty well - at Starbucks you drink milk from Posilac injected cows, with addition of water, coffe flavoured taste regulator and coffeine extract.
