Sliding, adjustable dropouts have been around for a long time, but Morpheus Cycles takes it to the extreme with their Telescopic Rear Dropout that allows the rear end to dirt jump friendly at just 14.5 inches, or set up for racing at a full extension of 16 inches.

just my opinion.. but id have a hard time trusting that set up. one really hard case, and you would have to get new drop outs or worse, maybe the end where the drop outs fit in will bend.. so that means a new frame, id hope they would cover that on warrenty..

That does NOT look safe. Or cool for that matter...

right then........ i love the idea and its unique BUT i doubt that rear adjustable drop out will stay straight for long ( or it will sna off instead) and looks really out of place, needs to improve on the idea, dont bin it, just improve it
