I was trying some pans @ a 200mm focal length at 1/80 with a very tight crop on the rider but it was near impossible to follow the rider without blurring them too. I switched over the 300mm and got a lot farther away from the rider and they worked out way better. It was sure good practice trying to nail subjects hitting over 200km/h, less than 60ft away!
