How many frames did you shoot to get this? I like shooting HDR but I haven't really done any HDR action shots. Any tips?

It is one shot. I just used Photoshop to do it. I am a complete PS noob and didn't find it too hard.

yeah i just wasn't sure if you did it using multiple exposures and then processed it with Photomatix. Thats a pretty sweet program to do HDRs. but I'm sure its real expensive. I only used it when i was in highschool.

Yeah way back in Jr High I took a photo class and got pretty good at photoshop, but since then with all the updates and just simply not using it, I almost completely forgot how to use it. I just look for the easiest way!
