Yip 1 degree is 64.5 and that was a real noticable difference for me, changed the bike completely, instantly faster, even my riding buddies noticed it! going to the 1.5 didnt have the same mind blowing improvement but it was a lesser adjustment so I wasnt expecting to much anyways. I did it in two stages out of curiousity but sounds like most people go straight to the 1.5. I do my own swaps so was no big deal.

 How much difference do you notice from 1 degree to the 1.5 pictured here? so I'm guessing at 1 degree it would be 64.5 Head tube and 1.5 at 64 degree head tube?
