 hahaa. You actually cant have android iPad lol. Android is an operating system made by Google, Apple make their own operating system, iOS5, for their iPad. It would be like having a Windows Mac, Or a Ford Impreza.. Looks more a like a Samsung tablet or something similar.

 well it isnt a copy though is it, its a completely different platform. Its nothing like an ipad. the only thing the two have in common is the shape, and even that's dubious.
