I'm so confused! The problem is that I dont know exactly what the cranks are; just that Specialised call them the 'custom carbon S-2200', I am guessing that they are the SRAM X0's or similar.
I've been told I need one of these:

Thats the one. If im right, it should come with a fitting for square taper and that size bolt hole and a fitting for isis and the like.

uhh you just need a crank puller, there called splines they keep the crank arm where it is when its under the pressure of peddaling

Unless there are threads in the metal, which from the photo i don't think there are. It won't be Shinano Hollowtech tool.

that a crank arm , if so i would say the hollowtech 2 tensioning tool . looks familiar to mine
