would have been great pedaling down whitler at full speed, and then going over my handlebars because of no engagement

I asked them about 1.5 weeks ago on rim, they said send in pics so i did.
afterward no reponce, and i sent in this photo with asking any status update?

no responce yet. im sure they are busy or just have alot going on.
Im gone for a month to europe so well see after that.
