this sucks buddy, i know the feeling!

not sure if it means you where riding it properly, or it conforms to the session 88 stereotype. Let us know if you need a hand finding a replacement, theres a few cool frames about. theses a canfield jedi with no shock on ebay that your bits should swap onto nice Wink

Got a new swing arm, so I'm back riding after 3 weeks out! Was £200 and its a 2011 one!

nice one dude! still had to pay for it tho Frown
  • 1 0
Yeah but at least I'm back riding, I hope that the old swing arm was cracked or something, so I can go as big as I want without worrying.

Hope it doesnt hiurt your confidence on it, i mean gwin seems to be doing fine!!

Yeah, just trying not to flat land everything, but my confidense is growing with jumping, and I can't really help it, jumps seem to be getting smaller and smaller. That is a good thing for when I go chipshop, as I need to hit the ladder drop.

Bike shed are good lads and told me most damage frame wise should be warrented ... Since its snapped on the welds its a blatant manafacturers (thats spelt wrong) fault ! Without a dought
  • 1 0
yeah, got a mate who knows a mate who works for trek and is gunna try and get it sorted under warrenty
  • 1 0
Ouch... Bike Shed said they'd had 3 snapped rear triangles on sessions recently! I think you should be able to get a warranty replacement??? Or use a bit of super steel and glue the f*cker back on...?
  • 1 0
looked at the warranty, said i need to go to a trek dealer, ie bike shed and get it certified to get it under warranty, might go up tomorrow, at least i can still push it
  • 1 0
Yeh should try your best to get it foc as replacing it will cost loads!!!
