how do i stop the bolt holding the caliper from knocking on the disc?

bolts never do up from that side, you have put it on wrong some how, take some more photos and i may be able to figure it out for ya

but i did it exactly how it came off my old frame and for some reason the bolts were too long but yh snaps tomorrow mr carey(will put them on fb)

Take bolt out and put a nut on it,cut to length and file the end,then remove the nut to clean the threads.

think i found the problem, i used my front brake bolts for the rear brake and theyre two different sizes, i'll check it out tonight after a sketchy brakeless ride today! 
and you learn from your mistakes.
deffinately putting the brake back on, crossed the road and nearly ate shit almost hitting some fat man.
