dude I can tell that your not doing a manual lol 90% of your weight is in front of your rear axle which acts as the pivot of the balance when manualing...
pull back on the bars, not up, and keep your ass down low behind the tyre, then you can pull back on the pars and push forwared on the pedals, my arms are usually horizontal when I am manualing
