Near the bottom of the DH course. I know the shorts and wheel etc are blown out. It was deliberate to get a shaft of sunlight (from left) to highlight the mud flicking up off the wheels. EOS 1d4, 1/40, F4.5, ISO500, 93mm. Off camera 580EX from right at about 1/16

 They did... Sunday was beautiful and the track got faster all day until the start of the Elite Men when it started drizzling again - I don't think that affected it too much though.

 so they did get some bike racing in and not kayaking
