Yes, I stil have them. Typically you can punch them out with a brass punch or even a blunt screwdriver. If you don't have a bearing press you can install them using a hammer and a socket close to the same diameter as the bearing itself.

are these still available? does it need to be machine pressed for these new bearings to be fitted? how do you make the old ones to come loose?
