Here's how this works. On 1988-93 Chevy trucks, the speedo has a disc, with half white, half black. The markings go to 85, but after that, the black starts lifting up. Sorry for the blurriness, it's f*cking hard to keep a phone steady at >125 in an old truck. Lol
