This happened because I went to italicize a word but screwed up the ending bracket, so everyone else has to deal with it.

Yep. Never actually ended the italics properly, so here they are. I'll try adding an ending bracket now: Maybe it'll work, but I doubt it.

Edit: Nope, didn't work.

hang on, i tried this and it didnt work...... so i took it out and just left an unended bold bracket, to make everything bold, just for more fun but that didnt work.
