How heavy is this bike? And how tall would a kid need to be before fitting it?

Bike is 24Lbs and has a 23" standover height and 17" TT. It is larger than most of the 20" bikes on the market but has better geometry and a gear ratio and fork that actually works for kids.

Tough to say, they (5yr olds) come in different sizes. It is on the taller side of 20" compared to the Hotrocks for example.
