 You are taller than me. I measure 6.2, and my frame is 21.20, I think is the ideal measure. How tall is the bb?

 bb is 11.75 i ran a 21.25 before and then flex a bit small as well. and that had a longer rear end. here r the rest of the spec on the macneil frame. macneilbmx.com/products/frames/calico

 front hub is odyssey vandero 2 hub. and the hub guards r both plastic bsd.

 i have no problem with my odyssey hub and i have never ran a shadow. so from what i have ran i would say the go for the odyssey.
