If you're talking about the RST's, i understand. Many people don't like them. Personaly I love them. They're Cheap, light, strong, and do what they have to do. I understand they are notorious for being Retarted weak, heavy and flexy. I don't know if it's my weight or whatever, but they're anything but flexy. I have lowered them from 130mm to 90mm (approx. 478mm A2C) with out modding the spring/coil. So they are Stiff, almost ridgid with a little bit of give. and last but not least......... They're like 3.6lbs They haven't broke, snapped or cracked since i got them (2009)

 not bad ahah why dont you try running a ligit ridged fork tho? personally if im gonna have suspension its gotta be soft because well its extra weight for nothin if you want still buy ridged but im just curious your bike your style man but still a dope frame
