How tall are you? I'm getting a custom stout soon with the same geometry and I'm trying to decide on a top tube length. I'm 6'5

I'm around 6'3 maybe 4. This has a top tube of 22.6 and i feel comfortable. if anything, try and make the dropouts a little longer as I'm having slight problems with clearance

Yeah I was thinking 370mm chain stays and about the same top tube, maybe 22.8"
