Atm its at 12.5 with the Formula R1 Levers, hoses and Calipers, Some type of SPD pedals and Tyre sealant to stick on the bike

I'm looking for it to weigh about 13.5kg hopefully under though.. Smile

Ah fair does I should loose a bit of weight once I have sorted out tubeless
  • 1 0
Yea, that should be sweet then. I've never had tubeless but I'm tres excited.

I had to make some sacrifices to make my weight, eg I'm only running 1X10, I was hoping for 2X10..

Might not help on the climbs but I'll push through the pain and hopefully it'll be alright! Smile

Do you find that it needs the granny ring for the climbs?
  • 1 0
I tend to use the granny ring on the climbs just because its there for me to use and is easier Smile But I guess if it wasn't there I wouldn't really notice a massive difference

Very nice in black with a touch of White on the wheels, great combo.. You have a stunner there, How much was this specced Strive if you don't mind me asking?

£3000!! I just checked on their website.. Whats it like to ride DH on?
  • 1 0
Dude it was £2500 for me I got it when they where having a sale. Its great for me coming from the ironhorse its head angle is 66.5 I think Which is only a degree and half off the sunday. I feel very comfit able on it. I do run a little bit more air in it just because I have a tendency to really bottom it out but is at around 28% Sag which is fine.

Thats a bloody good deal actually, good find.

You running 28% sag, that quite a lot. 25% is the average. What kind of runs do you do on this?

I'm only asking because I have recently built a Strive up from Frame up and I'm seeing what the limitations are..You been on any hardcore tracks?

I Ride fairly hard for the size of the bike I don't feel like I have over stepped its mark so far so it is very capable. I only really ride in my local area which is the forest of dean. If you youtube it should give a you good idea what the tracks are like.

Nice tracks actually, I'ma have to get my arse up to you that forest..

Heres my bike, cost me a lot less then £2500 to build but I'm happy with the spec..
