If you haven't done it yet I hardly recommend Pushing the Rp23 for Nomad. By doing that you get an awesome small bump sensitivity with Propedal fully on, and it bobs even less. It's so good that you don't need to turn it off. It's magic that it can do both, be so supple and efficient. Same goes to Lyrik when you remove the lock out (thus convert it to MiCo DH), unless you are using it often, but the difference with/without flood gate is worth the slightly increased bob.

I did both mods two years ago after owning Nomad since 2008 and it became a completely different bike for much better

nice one i have been meaning to get it done ,as my float r on nomad mk1 was pushed and i loved it, my mk2 bike has the ctd boost version of the float not sure if it would have the same gains as your rp23,think i should do it anyway

I'm in deep trouble resisting buying a Blur TRc... Nomad's been awesome but it's too small for me, and I want something... with less travel for an older guy...
