Yeah it was the Stans Flow rims on Switch Evo Hubs wheelset. I have been using the wheelset for around 10 months before the freehub dissintegrated. Might have something to do with the fact that I weigh around 110 kg fully geared up and I'm not a very smooth pedaler... I switched to a steel freehub which seems a bit more robust. Time will tell I guess.

At least I got good service from Superstar. They've given me a new freehub and they offered to replace my axle too if it was damaged (which it wasn't luckily).

ah i have the same hub on my wheels and i'm not very smooth either, its good to know superstar will help if something does go wrong.

there is a major inherent flaw in the freehub system with multiple loose teeth like this hub. beceause the margin for them to engage all 4 simultainiously is extremely small you can notice that sometimes only 1 (or 2) of these teeth engage! before the others can. if your unlucky that your putting allot of power down at that moment this can happen.

you can test this theory by rotating your freehub reaallyyy slowly and listen carefully. i've noticed this on the sun ringle jumping flea hub (not cheap either) which gave me freewheel problems (lost drive) twice. i'll stick to ring-gear style freehubs like DT Swiss and CK.
