I liked the Element so much I bought another one. This is a 2011 carbon frame MSL. The carbon shaved about 1.5-1.75 lbs from my old Scandium Team frame, with the same components. I like the newer geometry, slacker headtube, longer toptube and wheelbase gave it a little more stability, not as twitchy as my old Element. I seem to have a little more pedal strikes so may go to 170 cranks. Other then that this frame is a blast to ride, I just might try a longer travel fork 140? and 2.35 tires. Might just replace the Remedy.....DOH!
