I'm 170 lbs and was running a 250 lbs spring....found I wasn't getting the sag I needed with the stock 300 for some reason?

cool thanks for that info.. i weigh 155 lbs and i was recommended to just try what came on the bike (when it was a complete). so ill start with 300lbs.. thanks!

Probably depends on how hard you ride. I wasn't catching huge air with it but found I needed the softer spring to soak up the trails a bit better
