Handlebar clams look great, I dig the "W" design, but steerer clamps definitely look weaksauce. Also, titanium, even though it sucks balls to mill.

Maybe you can do it by Electric discharge machining process but it will be very expensive.

EDM is not possible here, I designed it to be manufacturable via 5-axis milling. The problem is the clamps fail far below the standard loading; I will redesign it.

Nice work and fresh ideas. But unfortunately nothing machine can mill it, the shape of the clamp is too complex.
