Production Privee pride themselves on their manufacturing and attention to detail. And for that reason, the frames are not mass produced on a assembly line and thrown out the door as quick as possible. Each frame is handmade, individually inspected, cleaned and polished before being boxed up ready for its new owner.
There are limited numbers available, but that is what makes the frames exclusive and unfortunately some people will be disappointed.
Nice marketing answer there, I like it. Still one of the nicest HT frames around at the moment but just a bit slow. They should have a factory in the UK, things would be cheaper to sell and sell well to the UK market.
Haha it's not even a marketing answer, that's the truth behind the manufacturing process I think you will find if it was moved to the UK, not that it would be (Production Privee are based in Andorra) then it would be a lot more expensive. If you compared it to any of its closet rivals and there are not many frames out there that rival it in terms of quality and features then you would be paying a lot more. Look at Curtis, they offer fantastic frames at silly amounts of money or even BTR again a lot of money. And none of those offer things replaceable dropouts, the option of 10/12mm axle or single speed.
