I would like to buy one in gold, but frist i want to ask how much better are the token's vs the shimano Deore bb?

You cant compare to standard BB, these have much higher quality sealed bearing and very smooth. I have installed ceramic ones on my bikes but even the sealed bearing ones are very smooth and long lasting. If you are riding heavily in rain or water i suggest ceramic ones.

Yes, there is SRAM version comes with a spacer and insert. $5 more
