 First is the air pressure in the main chamber, Second air pressure in the brain,

 You're light dude, so you could run it with lower pressure. I have a Marzocchi Roco R coil Shock on my Prayer and on the piggyback (wich I think you call it the "brain") there are usually some numbers that say minimum pressure. On my Roco it's 170psi, so if yours says the same, pump it up to that value (Don't forget, it's Psi). On the main chamber I'm running my DHX 5.0 with 160/170 psi and I'm a heafty rider (I weigh 84 Kg). But I like my shock soft and plush, so go for those values and see how it works dude!
