Scott Scale Expert. Got rid of the shit Avid brakes for some Shimano XTs and have since upgraded to a Shadow plus derailleur. Also changed the stem for my old faithful Thomson X4 and the saddle and grips for Charge Spoon and Griddle respectively. Oh and I upgraded the shifters from SLX to XT. Looking forward to a bar, post, fork and wheel upgrade. There won't be much left.
