Wow, that seems impossible unless the front tire is on the ground. I have a nearly identical build and I have a ti spring.

I hope that road derailleur is temporary. They just don't hold up to MTB abuse, let alone DH.

i have had road der. on my bikes for years, they hold up just fine. they also give me better b-tension throughout the cassette over a standard mtn. der until the new specific dh stuff came out from sram.
