This brake is amazing, super powerful. Better than the juicy 3 by a long shot. Just turn down the spring tension rate and its the exact same feel as a hydraulic apart from you don't have to bleed it and can modulate better. Buy them with 203mm rotors there super sharp and perfect for dh.

Over many years and different bikes these brakes have never let me down, I just picked up two more for myself. Great for DJ and street.

avid bb7 are the best mechanical brakes you can get.if you have had problems with hydros like i have in the past these are the answer

no worry brakes and are easy to maintain and for CC riding plenty of stopping power. Easy to swap out pads and very quiet in all conditions.

Cheap, powerful, reliable. What more could you want from a non-hydro? These brakes will make you stop and the adjustment is a snap.
