Trek2011 Session 8

 pros: rides awesome, i love it, so far no problems but i havent ridden it much, the weight isnt too shaby either at 38.5 lbs out of the box
cons: it would be nice if it came with a slightly better build but hey, it is the lower end model.

overall: i feel comfortable on it. its a very fun, and capable machine. point it in the direction you want to go and hold on. the trails where i live are very rocky so that guard on the down tube has come in handy a couple of times already. if i was a better rider i could tell you how it handles big hits but i cant. so get one and see for yourself.

 overall a well designed bike, fast and nimble. takes corners with ease, and flys threw rock gardens without hesitation. I would highly recommend this bike, and by now the price is unbeatable.

 Beautiful ride, shoots down trails like a missile and quick through the corners. Just about everything you could want on a downhill bike!

 Fantastic bike! I have this setup on a Fox 40 and currently swapping the tires for tubeless. Can't go wrong with a Session 8

 Instantly comfortable ride. Soaks up the rough stuff with ease! Feels great in the air and in the berms. Stoked!

 Pretty stoked for what i've got. I'm having 2013th Session 8 and the frame comes in at 3734 grams(no shock, no bb, no seatpost, no headset) that's light enough for me

 cant fault this bike! great all round DH machine. bit of cable rub on the lower crown sorted out with cable guides easy enough.

 So smooth! The Geometry is amazing! Not outrageously heavy either (from stock). The only con is that you MUST have armour on the bottom of the frame to save it from denting.
