This is the problem with formatted for Youtube vs reels/ tiktok... my friend, who does some brand ambassador stuff, said that anything in landscape doesn't even get pushed by the algorithm. So for most of us it really shouldn't matter because we're not chasing views, but if the only place you're sharing it is on your gram anyway, you may as well fill the screen.
But I still agree. Action sports are meant to be seen in full!
