Looks like a medium frame? I wouldn't mind building up a bike with this frame, so let me know. Tapered headtube (with headset?)?

that's around normal high, give it a try for a month and if it's really bugging you than you can decided if you need higher or lower but i'm running a 60mm fork and 3.5" risers but I love it.
