Bontrager Line Pro 30 - Carbon Wheels You Might Actually Be Able to Afford
@FullLotus: I love my LB wheels. Built them on the DT Swiss 350 hubs that came with my Bronson C. I have bee n beating on them for 2 full seasons and they have never given me a problem. Customer service was great when ordering them.

Are you Concerned About the Demise of Bike Shops? - Pinkbike Poll
@Axxe: I have a pretty good kit of tools and do most maintenance on my bike but again, for something that I do extremely rarely or takes way too much time I am relying on my LBS.

Are you Concerned About the Demise of Bike Shops? - Pinkbike Poll
@dimitree: I can fix a lot of things on my bike but do I really want to buy a headset tool or other specialized tools I may use only a few times? There are certain things I'd rather leave to a shop to repair. Besides, what do you do if you need a part that you don't have and your ride is in a couple of hours? When riding in Pisgah 2 years ago my Reverb post decided to die on me at the beginning of a ride, luckily I was in front of the Hub Cyclery and was able to get a Reynolds carbon post to hold me over. Vacation saved. Shops serve a purpose.

First Ride: Santa Cruz Nomad
I wanted to buy a Kona Process 153 DL. Awesome bike with a great kit on it. Good luck finding one. Sold out for the year. Ended up getting a Bronson C for $1500 more. Wasn't gonna wait for the end of summer to get my new ride.

Intense Tracer 275 Carbon - Review
Yes the top spec bike is obscenely priced. I am wondering when they will be offering 5 year payment plans to pay for these things. Regardless, you can still get an XT spec'd Tracer C for under 6K (if you pay cash I am sure you can work a few hundred off that price) If you must have a carbon frame that seems like the entry point, at least with 27.5 bikes. Seems like carbon 29'rs are a bit cheaper now that mid size wheels are all the rage.

Pivot Mach 6 Carbon - Reviewed
I am deciding between this and a Bronson C. I've ridden the Bronson and loved it. How is the rear wheel tire clearance on this rig? Looks a bit tight from the pics. Riding on the east coast I want some clearance for mud.
