I have a Canyon Torque since December 2019, the first frame I rode it for 6 months and the joke got bend and twisted my shock, they sent me a new frame, 2 months later, the joye of the new one got play and starter to flex so bad. They sent me a new joke than supposed to be the solution of the problem because the new one come with 2 tiny bolts to “grab” the joke and avoid the flex, what it does a bit, but they still having problems because that joke is mounted in bishings and they broke really fast. I don’t recommend this bike to people on an advance level, is supposed to be the “freeride rig” but is not, rear triangle feels like butter after 1 month riding it. I’m already on my third warranty request and they didn’t reply me, can say they don’t have a good warranty service. I’m just writing this to the other people... DO NOT but a Canyon Torque, I can’t say the sane of their other bikes because I haven’t tryed them, but definitely I will not. Not happy at all with the bike/service.
